What we do

Three ways we bring comfort.

Everything the foundation does comes back to one idea: helping a child feel a little less alone.

It started with two dogs and one hard year, and grew into three simple ways to reach kids right where they are. A book they can keep and share, a visit they will always remember, and a soft friend to hold when the day feels long. Follow the paw prints to see how each one works.

The book

Adventures of Paha and Harley is a picture book written by Dylan and Allie from Paha's point of view, turning a real recovery story into a warm, kid-friendly adventure.

For every book bought, we gift one to a child in the hospital, so the comfort keeps traveling.

Hospital visits

When Dylan was recovering, Paha and Harley were his comfort. Now the mission is to bring that same comfort to kids facing hard days.

Paha and Harley are getting licensed to visit children in the hospital in person. Photos of their visits, and of the pups with Dylan during his recovery, will live here soon.

A friend to keep

When Paha and Harley visit, every child gets their very own plush Paha or Harley to hold, so a friend stays with them long after the visit ends.
